Buffalo Sauce (for chicken wings)

(adapted from original recipe)

2/3 cup hot pepper
½ cup butter
1½ cup vinegar
¼ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
¼ tsp. cayenne
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients, and simmer until sides bubble.
Note:  We added thickener (3 Tbsp. cornstarch and ½ cup water).
