Peanut Sauce

Liz’s Peanut Sauce

¼ cup chunky peanut butter
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. water
1½ Tbsp. ginger, grated
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. sea salt
2 tsp. sugar

1. Heat all ingredients on low heat in a saucepan until well blended.
2. Adjust amounts of ingredients to taste.
3. Serve with egg rolls.
